Great location — walking distance to Tokyo Station, the Palace, restaurants, all of Ginza’s glamorous stores but also less expensive options (Uniqlo etc.), and several Metro lines. Great staff, friendly and helpful. Lobby is welcoming, airy, light-filled, and many guests lounge there. No breakfast or water is provided, but there’s a great 7-Eleven across the street, with a dining area, selling drinks, snacks, and quick breakfast and lunch options, including baked goods & savory ready-to-eat dishes like noodles (for those of you who don’t know, convenience stores in Japan and elsewhere in Asia offer a lot more than in the US, and are popular among office workers for breakfast stops on their way to work). Toiletries are in baskets in the lobby so you can just take what you need, no waste. Compact efficient rooms, AC works well, good bed. Pillows are on the small side for me, and filled with some kind of soft pellets rather than fluffy (I found this fine though). A great value for Ginza and I’d stay here again when next in Tokyo. I find it Ginza more serene than staying in Shibuya. You can walk 20 minutes to the lovely Hamarikyu Gardens on the riverside.

You have to walk a bit from the train station, but otherwise rather well connected. Best card-system I've seen so far. You get a button in your room to ask for cleaning, which is shown outside by a led, and another led will light up while your card is in the electricity box, so they'll know you are still inside right away. A power bank rental (ChargeSPOT) is also available in the ground floor. There are 2 washing & drying (combined) machines, so you might have to plan when to clean. Check out is also very simply, just put your cards in a box when leaving.

The house keeping team is exceptional. They are respectful, professional and wonderful. They made our stay a lot more comfortable. The room was tiny and this is understandable. Walking distance to Ginza shopping area. Lots of restaurant options on the same street. A bit noisy if you are living lower floors.

The rooms were good. Mid-size for Japan. There were also amenities. Premium rooms have different set up and access to lounge. There is a microwave to heat up food if someone wants. It is possible to check in early for a small charge which was very convienient for me.

Center location, friendly & supportive staffs, luggage storage service (even when I travel to another places and come back again for 2nd booking, they help to keep the luggage for me during that time), clean room and quite sufficient amenities.
